We are a small family-owned business that only grows the highest quality saffron in Eastern Washington, by Lake Chelan. Our Seattle based headquarter was started by our Darush Dolatabadi-Amiri in 2003 under the name of Persian Saffron Imports. The saffron company quickly gained prestige through its ability to offer high-quality products. This led to an abundance of customer praise and recognition and the company continues to grow. Now known as Cyrus Saffron (named after our 5-year-old son), our saffron spice is highly thought after by many fine restaurants and establishments around Puget Sound.
