All orders submitted must be paid for prior to distribution.
Adjustments and cancellations to an order must be rectified by 12:00pm on Friday when the storefront has closed. You will not be charged.
Any products picked-up in an unsatisfactory condition will either be replaced (if available) or you will receive a credit for the item.
Refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or if you forget to pick up your order entirely. However any non-food or shelf safe items will be on a courtesy hold for 1 week from the date of pick-up. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.
